Boulangerie
We sell the classics, like Rye, Sourdough, Brioche and Multigrain. And like a true Boulangerie, we have baguettes and more. Made fresh and we can slice it for you here.

Pâtisserie
On certain days we make macarons and other delicious sweets. But that’s not all, we have specials from time to time and also do custom orders when time allows.

Not just a French Bakery, but we layer our dough to bring you sweeter breads like croissants and brioche. And many of our friends come every day for our cinnamon rolls.
Training
Our owner, Trevor went through the Professional Program at the San Francisco Baking Institute, and we send members of our crew there to learn and build upon what our goal is as your local bake shop. From ingredient functionality to the back stories of all our favorite breads and pastries, we learn it all…what’s the point of doing something and not know its history. We travel far for our grains to source from the best as well as constantly learning the art behind sourdough, yeasted, and Wild Yeast products.
Classes
